The invention provides a manufacturing process of an integrally woven structural
fuel tank-
skin integrated
fuselage, and relates to the technical field of
aviation fuel tanks, the manufacturing process comprises the following steps: S1, preparing equipment and materials; s2, weaving and curing for the first time; s3, weaving and curing for the second time; and S4, post-
processing and detecting. Through the integrated process of
fuel tank mandrel supporting and two-time weaving and curing, a connecting interface and a
stress concentration point caused by riveting and cementing in traditional split manufacturing are completely eliminated, the
skin and the
fuel tank are seamlessly fused to form an integral structure, the problem of connection failure caused by environmental factors is effectively solved, and the service life of the fuel tank is prolonged. The
structural integrity, the overall strength and the sealing performance of the integrated
fuselage are remarkably improved, and the use requirements of complex working conditions in the
aerospace field are met; according to the method, the procedures of multiple times of part separation and solidification, multi-mold
adaptation and complex
assembly in a traditional process are reduced, the method is matched with accurate
parameter control of automatic weaving equipment, dependence on manual layer laying precision and experience is eliminated, and the production period is remarkably shortened.
