The supported nickel tungsten bimetallic composite oxide can be used for tribed self-heating gasification with light alkane, and reforming and direct production of hydrogen and carbon dioxide. The advantages of chemical looping combustion, catalytic reforming and high purity hydrogen production by pyrolysis water, and self-heating reforming of a gas-solid counter current operation-type tribed reactor are combined, the coprecipitation preparation method having the advantages of simple operation and low cost is used, so that fuel can be directly converted to carbon dioxide and high purity hydrogen, and near-zero energy consumption in-situ separation of the product is realized.

There are provided a method and apparatus for manufacturing hydrogen-containing drinking water that can fill a packaging container with hydrogen-containing water while suppressing the change of the dissolved hydrogen concentration of the hydrogen-containing water to a low level.
A method of continuously manufacturing hydrogen-containing drinking water includes (A) a deaeration step, (B) a hydrogen dissolving step, (C) a filling step, and (D) a sealing step. Pressure is applied to water flow channels corresponding to hydrogen-containing water, which is to be injected to a packaging container in the filling step, from purified water that is to be supplied to the deaeration step. The filling step includes: a preparation stage of supplying hydrogen-containing water, to which pressure is applied, into a filling device; a deaeration stage of removing gas, which is present in the packaging container, after connecting the packaging container to the filling device; an injection stage of directly injecting the hydrogen-containing water, to which pressure is applied, into the packaging container; and a discharge stage of discharging hydrogen-containing water, which remains in the filling device, into the packaging container by introducing pressurized air into the filling device. The method further includes a step of immediately proceeding to the sealing step (D) when the injection port and the filling port are disconnected from each other.

The invention provides a treating process for recycling methanol synthesis purge gas and using part of the same to prepare hydrogen products. The treating process includes that the methanol synthesis purge gas is firstly subjected to first-section-membrane separation treating, permeable gas, sufficient in hydrogen quantity, prepared in a lot of purge gas enters PSA (pressure swing adsorption), and first-section-membrane separation permeation gas is further purified to obtain high-purity hydrogen; most of the remaining purge gas serving as non-permeable gas continues to enter second-section-membrane separation, the permeable gas serving as hydrogen rich gas returns to a synthesis unit for recycling; second-section-membrane separation non-permeable gas and desorbed gas of the PSA both serving as fuel gas are sent out of a boundary region. The PSA and two-section-membrane separation are creatively and organically combined, and recycling of the methanol synthesis purge gas is realized while a certain amount of high-purity hydrogen is prepared in a more reasonable and economical manner. The treating process is especially suitable for occasions of recycling the methanol synthesis purge gas of a large-scale coal chemical plant and preparing a small amount of high-purity hydrogen at the same time.
