The method comprises the following steps: inserting steel pins in holes in a to-be-replaced concrete frame column; securing one end of steel diagonal braces to the steel pins and the other end to beam plates and making the steel diagonal braces able to slide horizontally; setting pulling pre-stress tendons at connection nodes II on both sides of the concrete frame column; installing vertical steel braces on the floor of the to-be-replaced concrete frame column at positionscorresponding to the steel diagonal braces; installing a strain gauge and a displacement monitoring point to monitor real-time force change and structure deformation; actively controlling shaft forceof the steel braces through the pulling of the pre-stress tendons and monitoring data to unload the shaft force of the concrete frame column; removing the concrete in blocks and re-pouring and buryingthe concrete strain gauge; and removing the steel braces and rotating for use when the strength of the concrete meets requirements, thereby achieving the replacement of the concrete of the high-riseframe column.
