In a roadbed filling process, the first optical fiber and the second optical fiber are connected through the box-type box bodies to form a complete line by setting a reasonable distance, the strain condition on the whole distributed optical fiber line can be monitored by utilizing the characteristics of distribution, high precision and the like of the optical fibers, and meanwhile, the settlement value of each box-type box body, namely the settlement value of a roadbed, can be calculated.
