The sterilization reactor includes a low temperature plasma reactor assembly, a pulsed strong light reactor assembly and a material conveying pipeline assembly; the plasma reactor assembly is provided with a positive plate and a negative plate, multiple emissionelectrodes are uniformly arrayed on the positive plate, and multiple holes are uniformly distributed in the positive and negative plates, so that the phenomenon of the turbulent flow, channel flow, wall flow and laminar flow of freshly squeezed fruit and vegetable juice in a low temperature plasma reactor can be avoided, and the freshly squeezed fruit and vegetable juice can be guaranteed to uniformly accept the action of low temperature plasma; multiple pulsed strong lights are uniformly arrayed at the periphery of the inner wall of a pulsed strong light reactor; and the material conveying pipeline assembly includes a material inlet, a material outlet, valves of the material inlet and the material outlet, a gas inlet, a gas outlet, valves of the gas inlet and the gas outlet and a duckbilled film distributor.
