Abstract

The invention discloses a fish head, tail, belly and back directional conveying device. The device includes a conveyor belt, an directional mechanism and a material outlet slide way; the conveyor belthas a starting end and a tail end along the length direction, the conveyor belt is used to bear and convey a plurality of fish in a lying state at intervals along the length direction, wherein the length direction of the fish and the length direction of the conveyor belt are arranged crosswise, and the directional mechanism is installed at the tail end of the conveyor belt to rotate the fish whenthe fish reaches the tail end of the conveyor belt to make the heads of the fish face the tail end of the conveyor belt; the material outlet slide way has an oppositely arranged material inlet end and material outlet end, the material inlet end is connected with the tail end of the conveyor belt, and the material outlet slide way is gradually inclined downward along the material outlet direction, and the material outlet end is located at a low position; and a groove with an upward opening is arranged in the material outlet end of the material outlet slide way in a recessed manner, and the shape of the groove is adapted to the head of each fish, so that the head of each fish enters the groove to form an upright state with a downward belly. The device has the advantages of a high degree ofautomation, high reliability and a simple structure.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of fish processing, in particular to a fish head-tail and belly-back directional conveying device. Background technique [0002] The directional arrangement of freshwater fish is the key and difficult point in the pre-treatment process of freshwater fish mechanization. Tail and ventral dorsal orientation methods and devices are particularly important. The degree of mechanization of freshwater fish processing in our country is low, the overall technical level is backward, and there are few technical achievements in the method and device for directional arrangement of fish body. [0003] At present, there are devices and methods that identify the position of the pelvic fin / dorsal fin of the fish body and use the inclined vibrating table to orient the head and tail of the fish body, which can realize the erection and flipping of the fish body, but there are also complicated and costly electromechanical systems...
