The fixing mechanism is connected with the lower portion of the mounting box. A lifting motor is mounted in the mounting box. A transverse plate is fixed on the outer surface of the inner side of the mounting box. An air pipe is mounted on the lower surface of the transverse plate. A micro air pump is fixed on the middle of the upper surface of the transverse plate, and a connecting pipe is mounted at the joint of the micro air pump and the air pipe.
