The invention discloses a target holder device for a test of laser driving tiny fragments. The target holder device comprises a laser device, a beam splitter, a beam expander, a focusing lens, a flying piece target, an impact target and a velocity measuring system, wherein the beam splitter, the beam expander, the focusing lens, the flying piece target, the impact target and the velocity measuring system are arranged in a vacuum tank; the focusing lens, the flying piece target and the impact target are coupled into a target holder at the lower part, and an external controller is connected with a stepping motor through a cable so as to precisely control the positions of the focusing lens, the flying piece target and the impact target on the target holder. Laser needs passes through the beam splitter before penetrating through the focusing lens to enter the flying piece target, the beam splitter reflects one part of laser into a CCD (Charge Coupled Device) so as to observe laser spots, the laser is incident to the flying piece target after passing through the beam splitter, the flying piece target generates plasmas under the action of laser and drives launch of flying pieces. Compared with the prior art, the target holder device can electrically regulate the position of the focusing lens, can conveniently move the flying piece target and the impact target, and improves the precise of an impact position; in a cumulative impact test, the condition that the flying piece target and the impact target are adjusted by opening the tank can be avoided, so that the time is greatly saved.
