Abstract

The universal grapping and transporting manipulator comprises a base, wherein a first motor is arranged in an upper surface of the base; an upper end of the first motor is connected with a first rotating shaft; a support arm of which a lower surface is connected to the upper surface of the base in a sliding way is fixedly connected to the first rotating shaft; an upper side of the support arm is connected with an extension arm; and a lifting mechanism for lifting the extension arm is arranged inside the support arm. Throughchange of the length and spacing of a clamping pad, clamping and carrying operations of large objects and small objects can be finished; the application range of the manipulator is enlarged; the functions are enriched; and the application cost of the manipulator is lowered. The universal grapping and transporting manipulator is suitable for factories with a variety of products and a small yield.Through change of the angle of the clamping block, the friction of the clamping pad against the objects can be increased.
