The rotary oil spray rod structure comprises an oil flinger body, oil spray holes and oil spray rods, wherein the oil flinger body is connectedwith a rotary shaft of a turbine engine, and an oil collection cavity is formed in the oil flinger body; the oil spray holes are formed in the oil flinger body, communicating with the oil collectioncavity and used for spraying fuel oil in the oil collection cavity out into a combustion chamber; and the oil spray rods are arranged on the oil flinger body, cavities in the oil spray rods communicate with the oil collection cavity, and the oil spray rods are used for spraying the fuel oil in the oil collection cavity out into the combustion chamber. By the adoption of the rotary oil spray rod structure, the fuel oil and air can be matched at high efficiency through addition of structures of the oil spray rods on an oil flinger under an existing combustion chamber structure limiting condition, so that combustion efficiency of the combustion chamber under a large oil-air ratio condition is improved, and the rotary oil spray rod structure can be applied to the high-performance combustion chamber in a larger size and with a requirement for a wider work boundary.
