The invention provides a fetal heart data visualization method of a multi-dimensional channel sensor and a system thereof. The fetal heart data visualization method comprises the steps that fetal heart signal data of multiple dimensions are collected through a multi-dimensional channel sensor; and the fetal heart signal data are projected to a one-dimensional, two-dimensional or three-dimensionalspace, wherein the projection comprises any one or more of projection, clustering, principal component analysis and integral processing. The multi-dimensional channel sensor is used for restraining interference noise, the quantity of measured information is increased, and information is visually displayed through dimension reduction information. By means of the dimension reduction information, existing information can be displayed in a simplified mode, and information hidden in the data before can be mined. For example, information such as fetal movement and fetal position can be displayed through projection of the spatial dimension and the frequency dimension.
