The invention discloses an application program security verification method, which is executed in computing equipment and comprises the following steps of: judging whether a target file to be loaded into a memory is an executable file or not when an application program is started to run and in the running process; if the target file is an executable file, adding the current process number of the application program and the file name of the executable file into the to-be-verified linked list, taking the current process as a to-be-verified process, and setting the state of the to-be-verified process as dormancy; obtaining a to-be-verified linked list, verifying the security of an executable file in the to-be-verified linked list, and writing a verification result back to the to-be-verified linked list; and waking up the to-be-verified process, searching whether the to-be-verified linked list comprises a verification result of the executable file operated by the to-be-verified process ornot according to the process number, and allowing or refusing to load the corresponding executable file into the memory according to the verification result when the verification result is searched, so that the application program continues to run or stops running.
