The welding method involves first laser beams and second laser beams with the energy density lower than that of the first laser beams and comprises the following steps that a welding material is placed in a clearance needing to be welded; and the first laser beams irradiate the welding material under inert gas shielding and move along the welding material,the second laser beams irradiate the welding material under inert gas shielding and move along the welding material, and the facula of the first laser beams move along with the facula of the second laser beams. According to the welding method, a preheating procedure is borne by the welding lasers with the energy density lower than that of the main welding lasers, preheating and welding are both achieved through the lasers, design is simple, preheating equipment does not need to be additionally designed, and cost is low; and a welding procedure follows the preheating procedure, the preheatingand welding procedures of welding work are good in consistency, and the welding efficiency is high. In addition, the preheating degree can be adjusted and is achieved by adjusting the energy density of the second laser beams.
