Abstract

The invention provides a display device, a display method and a recording medium which can realize excellent visual identification property. The display device is provided with a display panel, a reflection / transmission component, an image acquisition part and a display control part. The display panel display an image. The light reflection / transmission component is configured in a manner of overlapped with the display panel, thereby reflecting one part of the incident light and transmitting the other part. Therefore, when viewed from a user who performs visual identification on the display panel, the image acquisition part acquires three-dimensional image data of a right-eye image after rightward offset of the displayed image and a left-eye image after leftward offset of the displayed image. The display control part makes the display panel display the right-eye image and the left-eye image displayed by the three-dimensional image data acquired from the image acquisition part. A distance between the right-eye image and the left-eye image displayed shifted on the display panel is substantially half a spacing between eyes of a user viewing the display panel.
