The clinical hematocele-preventing drainage operation device comprises a fixed seatused for being in contact with the ground for supporting and a mounting piece fixedly arranged on the fixed seat through a bolt; a pumping mechanism used for pumping drained hematocele is mounted on the mounting piece; and a leading-in pipe used for connecting the pumping mechanism with an affected part and a leading-out pipe used for discharging the hematocele pumped in by the leading-in pipe arerespectively arranged on the pumping mechanism. According to the device, the hematocele at the affected part is fed into the pumping mechanism through the leading-in pipe by the pumping mechanism andthen is discharged through the leading-out pipe, so part of the hematocele in the leading-in pipe and the leading-out pipe is discharged together with air, and the hematocele is automatically discharged by means of the siphon principle; the stability of the leading-in pipe and an affected body can be improved through a binding assembly; meanwhile, the discharge amount of the hematocele and stopping of drainage can be effectively controlled through a stopping and clamping mechanism.
