According to the charging and discharging management system and method for the series battery pack, the main control unit, the charging system and the detection system are arranged; the main control unit can monitor charging and discharging data of each battery pack and the series main pack according to the detection system, and control the on-off of each charging circuit in the charging system according to the charging anddischarging data, so that each battery pack can be charged in a balanced manner and is safe in charging and discharging.
