The invention discloses a mechanism for filling combined paper cylinder fireworks with round paper scraps. The mechanism further comprises a positioning template and a separating template. By the adoption of the mechanism, obstacles caused by nonuniform specifications of the combined paper cylinder fireworks can be overcome, and the combined paper cylinder fireworks can be filled with the round paper scraps smoothly.
