paper based on
ceramic modified FPI
fiber, which comprises the following steps: S1, pretreating nano AL2O3
powder by using a
silane coupling agent; s2, preparing a fluorinated modified
polyamide acid glue solution from
diamine and dianhydride, and placing the fluorinated modified
polyamide acid glue solution in a
spinning injector for standing; s3,
spinning is conducted through an electrostatic
spinning machine, an AL2O3 / FPI modified
fiber primary product is obtained, and AL2O3 / FPI modified fibers are obtained after imidization treatment; s4, weighing the AL2O3 / FPI modified fibers, weighing
cellulose, and preparing mixed
fiber paper pulp; s5, performing vacuum
filtration to obtain paper sheets; s6, performing
vulcanization treatment to obtain a mixed fiber
paperboard; and S7, performing hot-pressing shaping to obtain a primary sample. The fluorinated modified insulation paper is insulation paper obtained by physically blending the
ceramic modified FPI fiber and the
cellulose to obtain the insulation paper fiber primary pulp and then carrying out a
hot pressing process, so that the
dielectric constant of the wood insulation paper is effectively reduced, and the
temperature resistance grade of the insulation paper is greatly improved.
