An induction heating smelting furnace comprises a refractory layer, and the refractory layer is used for containing furnace charge and molten metal and is formed by knotting and sintering a refractory material; the outer side of the fireproof layer is wrapped with the anti-leakage layer; the gradient heat preservation layer wraps the outer side of the anti-leakage layer and comprises a plurality of layers of fire-resistant heat preservation materials which are arranged from outside to inside, and the density of the fire-resistant heat preservation materials increases from small to large; the waterproof insulating layer is located on the outer side of the gradient heat preservation layer, adopts a polymer insulating film and is laid between the induction coil and the gradient heat preservation layer; the supporting body is a barrel-shaped shell, surrounds the induction coil and the gradient heat preservation layer and serves as a bearing body for fixing the induction coil, the gradient heat preservation layer, the anti-leakage layer and the fireproof layer; and the induction coil is fixedly connected with the support body. Through the optimization of the furnace body structure, the problems of high loss and absorption heat of the furnace lining are solved, the waterproof and insulating properties are improved, the formation of cracks is slowed down, the perforation tendency is reduced, and the like.
