Abstract

The invention discloses a suspended crucible support with a temperature measuring function for a muffle furnace. The suspended crucible support comprises a sleeve and a combination body. The combination body is provided with a through hole. The sleeve penetrates through the through hole to be fixedly connected. A thermocouple is arranged in the sleeve. A temperature display header is arranged at the top end of the sleeve. The temperature display header comprises a temperature module and a display gauge. Positive and negative poles of the temperature module are connected with positive and negative poles of the thermocouple. The display gauge and the display module are connected and used for measuring and displaying the temperature in a furnace cavity in real time. A hook is arranged at thebottom of the sleeve. A pull ring is arranged on the temperature display header. Scales are arranged on the sleeve. A crucible containing a material is put into the furnace cavity through an exhaust hole in the top of the muffle furnace by means of the support without opening a furnace door, the furnace temperature drop phenomenon caused by opening the furnace door is avoided, ad therefore the precision of an isothermal calcination test is improved. By means of the support, the muffle furnace can meet the test requirements of isothermal kinetics, and the application range of the muffle furnaceis expanded to a great extent.
