Abstract

The invention relates to the field of electric power internet of things, in particular to a data transceiving method based on a smart power grid, which comprises the following steps: determining all to-be-accessed terminals; determining an accessed terminal user, the number of times that the user needs to schedule and a data transmission mode adopted by the user; for each uplink transmission terminal user, accessing an unlicensed frequency band channel according to a monitored signal of a base station, and starting uplink scheduling; calculating an uplink CQI based on SRS; based on the previous period value and the scheduling condition, obtaining each PRB scheduling priority based on prediction in the current period and the positions of the UE center and the edges; carrying out uplink scheduling including a time domain and a frequency domain, and outputting statistical data of current scheduling; calculating the transmitting power of each PRB allocated by the uplink service resources;calculating an uplink service channel IoT; judging whether scheduling is completed or not; and judging whether data transmission of all terminals is completed.
