Abstract

The invention discloses a feature recognition method for circular circles in a track. According to the air traffic trajectory data of civil aviation aircraft recorded by air traffic control secondary radar, the method analyzes the heading information of each trajectory in turn, and proposes a method for automatically identifying the circular circling feature in the trajectory. The recognized circular circling features include: circling start track, circling end track, circling waiting time and circling circle number.
