The system comprises a code scanning device configured to detect the tobacco laminainformation of a tobacco box located at a code scanning station; a weighing device which is configured to detect the weight information of the tobacco box located at a weighing station; a microwave moisture meter which is configured to detect the moisture information of the tobacco box located at a moisture detection station; a controller which is configured to send the tobacco lamina information,the weight information and the moisture information of the tobacco box to a data acquisition system; the data acquisition system which is configured to store the tobacco lamina information, the weight information and the moisture information of the tobacco box and record the quality information of the tobacco box located at a quality detection station; and a conveying system which is configured to convey the tobacco box between the stations. According to the invention, the efficiency and accuracy of the tobacco box detection are improved.
