The method comprises the following steps of firstly, establishing an adjustment power flow model which consists of a target function and constraint conditions and considers operation constraints; and then decomposing an original model into an active sub-model and a reactive sub-model by using an active-reactive combined staged optimization technology, firstly carrying out active optimization and then carrying out reactive optimization on thebasis of the active optimization, and finally obtaining the active power and the reactive power of each node meeting a power flow result. The method not only can be used for dispatcher power flow analysis, but also can be used for scenes of online safety correction control, scheduling plan correction, offline power flow mode generation and the like, the method can perform power flow calculation under the condition of considering a pivot bus voltage tracking given value and a transmission section power tracking given value, and a feasible solution is ensured.
