Abstract

The method comprises the steps of obtaining PCB images of multiple PCBs; partitioning the PCB image intoblocks; acquiring RGB histogram, brightness, contrast and structure comparison information of the block; calculating a mean value, a variance and a covariance of the RGB histogram, the brightness, thecontrast ratio and the structure comparison information of the PCB image; marking a specified module in the PCB image, and recording position information of the specified module; for the PCB images with the same specified module, calculating the first similarity of every two PCB images; calculating the second similarity of the PCB images in pairs by using the position information of the specifiedmodule; and when it is determined that the first similarity is greater than a first preset threshold and the second similarity is greater than a second preset threshold, determining that the PCBs corresponding to the two PCB images are homogeneous products.
