The water inlet channel supplies water tothe hydraulic cylinder; the water flow pressure of the water inlet channel pushes the piston to move; an open air partition is formed between a water outlet of the water inlet channel and a water inlet of the hydraulic cylinder, the position of the water outlet of the water inlet channel corresponds to the position of the water inlet of the hydraulic cylinder, and the water flow of the water inletchannel flows to the water inlet of the hydraulic cylinder after passing through the air partition.
