Abstract

In order to find out and handle with blockage of a nozzle of a coal cutter in time, the novel coal cutter hydropower blocking device comprises a high-pressure water pipe, a pressure switch, a coal cutter electric control box and a nozzle, and further comprises a counteracting induction mechanism. The counteracting induction mechanism comprises a swing rod, a reed switch normally-open switch, a front limiting column and a rear limiting column. The lower end of the swing rod is fixed to a fixed shaft through a bearing. Thenozzle is fixed to the upper portion of the swing rod. A short screw is welded to the front side of the swing rod and sleeved with a balance weight self-locking nut. The direction of a torsional moment of the balance weight self-locking nut is opposite to the direction of a torsional moment generated by counteracting force of water mist during water spraying of the nozzle. The reed switch normally-open switch is fixed to the upper side of the swing rod and connected with a PLC module through the coal cutter electric control box. The front limiting column and the rear limiting column are arranged on the two sides of the swing rod correspondingly.
