Abstract

The walking hydraulic speed regulation system comprises an engine, a transfer case, a two-way variable pump, a two-way variable motor, a hydraulic mechanical continuously-variable transmission, a transfer gear, a front transmission shaft, a front axle, front wheels, a rear transmission shaft, a rear axle and rear wheels. The system is reasonable in design and flexible to operate; and the requirements of the cotton picker for driving speed and torque can be met by controlling the displacement ratio of the two-way variable pump, the displacement ratio of the two-way variable motor, the section position of the hydraulic mechanical continuously-variable transmission and the gear position of the transfer gear, and good speed regulation performance is obtained. The system is adjustable in walking speed, variable in torque, easy to operate and suitable for operation of cotton pickers with load fluctuationand transportation requirements, and can meet the driving requirements of the cotton pickers.
