Abstract

The invention discloses an AGV applied to high-position material storage and retrieval and a material storage and retrieval method thereof. The AVG comprises a barycenter balance intelligent trolley,a lifting mechanism and a fork translation mechanism, the lifting mechanism is placed on the upper part of the barycenter balance intelligent trolley, and the fork translation mechanism is placed in aframe of the lifting mechanism; the barycenter balance intelligent trolley comprises a stainless steel bottom plate, a stainless steel bottom plate installation column, a barycenter balance steel plate and a fixing seat; the lifting mechanism comprises a frame and a lifting driving device; the frame is connected with the fixing seat of the barycenter balance intelligent trolley; and the fork translation mechanism comprises a fork telescopic plate, a guide rail plate and a translation driving device. According to the AGV, the problem of high economic cost of intelligent transformation of a warehouse is solved, cargoes can enter and exit the warehouse without manual operation, and the AGV trolley can be used for placing and fetching the cargoes on common shelves.
