Problems solved by technology

[0006] Based on the existing CT image reconstruction technology, it is impossible to reconstruct CT images acceptable for clinical diagnosis under sparsely sampled low-dose conditions. Using traditional algorithms to reconstruct sparse low-dose CT images will bring obvious image artifacts and interference information, which seriously affects the follow-up. For the problem of clinical diagnosis, this application provides a low-dose CT image reconstruction method

Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of medical CT imaging, and particularly relates to a low-dose CT image reconstruction method. When a traditional algorithm is used for reconstructing sparse low-dose CT scanning data, interference information such as sparse artifacts or noise exists in a reconstructed image due to data incompleteness, and therefore subsequent clinical diagnosis is affected. The invention provides a low-dose CT image reconstruction method. The method comprises the steps of performing image pixel-based feature extraction on a prior image; constructing a sparse prior matrix by using the extracted pixel features; and adding the priori matrix into an orthographic projection process of sparse low-dose scanning data statistical iterative reconstruction, wherein an iterative result is an output reconstructed image of the algorithm provided by the invention. The high-quality CT image is obtained on the premise of greatly reducing the radiation dose.

Description

technical field [0001] The application belongs to the technical field of medical CT imaging, and in particular relates to a low-dose CT image reconstruction method. Background technique [0002] CT is a full-featured disease detection instrument, which is the abbreviation of computerized X-ray tomography. The scanner used in computed axial tomography (CAT) produces X-rays, a powerful form of electromagnetic energy. X-ray photons are basically the same as photons of ordinary visible light, but they carry more energy. This higher energy level allows X-rays to pass directly through most of the body's soft tissues (see X-Ray Introduction to learn how X-rays penetrate soft tissue and how X-ray machines generate X-ray photons). Conventional X-ray imaging technology utilizes the principle of light and shadow. When "light" is shone from one side of the body, the film on the other side of the body records the outline of the bones. [0003] Clinically, it is often necessary to per...
