The positioning device comprises a cylindrical detection rod and a quadrant disc, wherein the detection rod is vertically and fixedly connected with the quadrant disc; the detection rod is composed of soft silica gel A and a plurality of metal wires A, and the metal wires A are embedded in the soft silica gel A and completely wrapped by the soft silica gel A; the quadrant disc is composed of soft silica gel B and two metal wires B, the two metal wires B are arranged in a central symmetry mode,and the metal wires B are embedded in the soft silica gel B and completely wrapped by the soft silica gel B. The positioning device has the advantages that the length of the anal canal and the three-dimensional position relation between the focus and the anal canal can be accurately marked under X rays, positioning of perianal abscess and anal fistula and accurate positioning of DSA on perianal arteriovenous are achieved, and more accurate data support is provided for diagnosis, treatment and scientific research of perianal diseases; and the accuracy of clinical diagnosis and the accuracy oftreatment are improved.
