The invention discloses a self-service BLS training and assessment system based on a simulated person, and the system comprises a self-service BLS training and assessment system which is used for training and assessing the BLS theory and operation skills of a trainee, and issuing an electronic training certificate and further comprises a registration terminal, a student terminal, a teacher terminal, a teacher-student interaction terminal and a certificate holding terminal, and the registration terminal, the student terminal, the teacher terminal, the teacher-student interaction terminal and the certificate holding terminal are connected with the self-service BLS training and examination system. According to the invention, the self-service, intelligent and non-contact BLS training and assessment process can be realized, so that the BLS training and assessment are not limited by time and places. The system comprises registration of BLS training and assessment, theory and skill training and assessment, and an electronic certificate issuing function.
