Abstract

The invention relates to a preparation method of a universal drug-loaded calcium phosphate cement (CPC) porous scaffold. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing PLGA microspheres by an emulsification method; (2) preparing cement powder; (3) preparing a CPC microsphere mixed scaffold; (4) preparing and sterilizing a porous scaffold; and (5) carrying out determination with a sustained-release curve. The method can control the pore size of the CPC by controlling the size of the PLGA microspheres.
