Problems solved by technology

[0017] The disadvantage of this solution is that it requires the implementation of extensive and expensive security mechanisms (secure servers) between the avionics world and the open world, in order notably to avoid the risk of malicious intrusion into the avionics system
This approach is not always compatible with deployment on lightweight aircraft targeting material cost reduction, and it also introduces additional lag in data processing

Embodiment Construction

[0059] figure 1 Indeed the interaction system 10 of the cockpit of the aircraft is shown.

[0060] "Aircraft" means any aircraft capable of being at least partially piloted by at least one pilot. Take the pilot in the cockpit of this aircraft.

[0061] According to an exemplary embodiment, the aircraft is an airplane or a helicopter. In this case, the piloting takes place from a cockpit arranged in the airplane or helicopter.

[0062] According to another exemplary embodiment, the aircraft is a remotely pilotable unmanned aerial vehicle. In this context, "cockpit" refers to the remote command center where the pilot takes place.

[0063] The interaction system 10 notably makes it possible to connect an item of open world equipment to an avionics screen in order to at least partially control the operation of the item of open world equipment using the avionics screen.

[0064] "Open World Equipment Item" means any equipment item that is not certified or certified at a level ...

Abstract

The present invention provides an interactive system comprising a display assembly associated with an avionics screen and comprising: a video acquisition module configured to acquire a first graphic feed from an avionics system and a second graphic feed from an open-world device item; a media management module configured to control display on the avionics screen and generate windowed data relativeto positioning of different windows on the display screen, and an interaction component capable of generating interaction data. The interactive system further comprises a junction box of the open world equipment project and a control module of the open world equipment project. The control module is configured to process the windowed data and the interaction data to generate a command for the open-world device item from at least some of the interaction data.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an interactive system for an aircraft cockpit. Background technique [0002] The present invention relates to the field of aviation, and more specifically, to the field of human-computer interaction in the cockpit of an aircraft. [0003] In a manner known per se, the tasks of the aircraft crew require a large amount of data from very different systems. This often involves the need to ensure efficient and rapid interaction between these various systems and between the crew and these systems. This type of interaction is called "Human-Computer Interaction". [0004] Modern cockpits utilize avionics systems to introduce advanced interaction capabilities by facilitating tactile interactions. [0005] The use of tactile interactions requires a great deal of reactivity from the systems that enable these interactions, especially for new types of interactions that the medium requires, such as moving graphical elements with fingers (...
