The positioning module comprises a GPS module, a flow sensor and a water pressure sensor. The information sending and receiving module comprises an analog-digital conversion module, a microprocessor and a communicating module. The background data management terminal module comprises a terminal APP. The water pressure sensor, the GPS module and the water flow sensor are connected through the analog-digital conversion module, the state information of the fire hydrant is monitored in real time, an analog signal is converted into a digital signal, the digital signal is sent to a terminal through the wire communicating module, and the state information is acquired on the terminal APP in real time. A firefighting water source is calculated in real time; and the new positioning system is used for replacing the original firefighting method, and the problem that the nearby water source is not sufficiently utilized by an existing firefighting system is solved fundamentally.
