An inverter, a power supply module and a single-chip microcomputer are arranged in the mainframe box; the illuminating lamp comprises a first shell, a heat dissipation plate, a second annular plate, a mounting plate, a driving power supply, a baseplate and a second shell; the mounting plate is connected with the first shell; a first annular plate is arranged on the first shell; the second annular plate is arranged on the second shell; the second annular plate, the first annular plate and the heat dissipation plate are detachably connected; the driving power supply and the base plate are respectively arranged on the heat dissipation plate;lamp beads are arranged on the base plate.
