Abstract

Embodiments of the present specification provide methods for controlling device interaction of a heterogeneous computing system. The heterogeneous computing system includes a master processing device and a slave processing device, and the slave processing device is used for performing task computing processing of tasks scheduled by the master processing device. The slave processing device includes status registers and configuration registers. When performing inter-device interaction, the device interaction control means reads the register value of the status register at the slave processing device. When the read register value indicates that the slave processing device is ready for processing, the device interaction control means controls the master processing device and the slave processing device to perform interactive processing required for the processing.
