In the invention, the robot driving device is improved; a reverse motor can make a driving wheel rotate in a forward direction and a reverse direction so that the whole device can be controlled to move back and forth on a cable; the driving wheel is lapped on the bottom surface of the cable when the equipment is mounted on the cable; when the driving wheel rolls, the whole device can be driven to walk on the cable, and an electric push rod is arranged; and the electric push rod can move upwards when the cable goes up a slope or goes down a slope quickly so that the driving wheel can be attached to the cable more tightly, stability of an inspection process can be guaranteed, and detection precision is improved.
