An IMA mechanism is supplemented, the script file runtime verification and control method based on the IMA mechanism is provided, the metric value of the script file can be verified when the script file is executed so as tocontrol the execution process of the script file, and therefore whether the content of the script file is changed or not is judged; if the content of the script file changes, the script file can be refused to be executed, so that the security of a computer system is ensured.
