Embodiment 1

[0048]This embodiment provides an online evaluation method for the failure of a circuit breaker contact, such asfigure 1 , Including the following steps:

[0049]S1: Obtain the time scale of each stage when the circuit breaker is opened;

[0050]S2: Calculate the actual arcing time when the circuit breaker is opened according to the circuit breaker model;

[0051]S3: Obtain n historical opening data of the circuit breaker to be evaluated, and obtain the calculation formula of the arcing time of the circuit breaker to be evaluated through fitting;

[0052]S4: When a new opening operation of the circuit breaker to be evaluated occurs, the arcing time is predicted by the calculation formula of arcing time obtained by S3;

[0053]S5: Compare the arcing time predicted by S4 with the actual arcing time calculated by S2. When the deviation between the two exceeds the threshold, it is judged that the circuit breaker contact has failed.

[0054]In step S1, the time scale of each stage of the circuit breaker o...

Embodiment 2

[0075]This embodiment provides an online evaluation system for the failure of a circuit breaker contact, such asimage 3,include:

[0076]A data acquisition module, which is used to acquire the time stamps of each stage when the circuit breaker is opened;

[0077]A calculation module, which is used to calculate the actual arcing time when the circuit breaker is opened according to the type of the circuit breaker;

[0078]A fitting module, which is used to obtain n historical opening data of the circuit breaker to be evaluated, and obtain a calculation formula for the arcing time of the circuit breaker to be evaluated through fitting;

[0079]A prediction module, which is used to predict the arcing time through the arcing time calculation formula obtained by the fitting module when a new opening operation of the circuit breaker to be evaluated occurs;

[0080]The judgment module is used to compare the arcing time predicted by the prediction module with the actual arcing time calculated by the calcul...

Abstract

The invention discloses a circuit breaker contact failure online evaluation method and system. The method comprises the following steps: S1, obtaining time marks of all stages when a circuit breaker is switched off; S2, calculating actual arcing time when the circuit breaker is switched off according to the type of the circuit breaker; S3, obtaining n times of historical opening data of the to-be-evaluated circuit breaker, and solving a calculation formula of the arcing time of the to-be-evaluated circuit breaker through fitting; S4, when the to-be-evaluated circuit breaker is subjected to a new opening operation, predicting the arcing time through the calculation formula of the arcing time obtained in S3; and S5, comparing the arcing time predicted in the step S4 with the actual arcing time calculated in the step S2, and judging that the contact of the circuit breaker fails when the deviation between the arcing time and the actual arcing time exceeds a threshold. The arcing time can be accurately calculated without adding any hardware equipment, so that the final judgment is more accurate.

Description

Technical field[0001]The present invention relates to the technical field of high-voltage circuit breakers, and more specifically, to a method and system for on-line evaluation of circuit breaker contact failures.Background technique[0002]After receiving the opening command, the high-voltage circuit breaker drives the moving contacts to separate through the operating mechanism. At this time, a transitional or stable arc is formed in the contact gap, and the time from arc generation to extinguishment is the arcing time. The arcing time is the most important parameter reflecting the arc extinguishing ability of the high-voltage circuit breaker. It determines whether the high-voltage circuit breaker can successfully break the short-circuit current.[0003]The publication date is August 30, 2019, and the Chinese patent with publication number CN110187263A discloses a method, device and system for evaluating contact failure based on arcing time. Wherein, the method for evaluating the failu...
