Abstract

The invention provides a non-pneumatic tire and a wheel, wherein at least two springback grooves are formed in the inner tire surface, and the distance between the bottom walls of the springback grooves and the outer tire surface is controlled to be kept, that is, the springback grooves do not penetrate through the outer tire surface, so that the springback grooves are of blind groove structures,and the structural integrity of the outer tire surface is guaranteed. Meanwhile, a supporting part is formed between every two adjacent springback grooves, and when the tire body is subjected to impact force, the impact force is mainly transmitted to the supporting parts from the outer tire surface; and then the signals are transmitted to the hub through the supporting part.
