Abstract

The invention discloses a radio frequency front-end module and a wireless device. A radio frequency front-end circuit comprises a radio frequency switch circuit, a power amplifier, a low noise amplifier and at least two frequency band selection inductors; the first signal end of the radio frequency switch circuit is used for being connected to an antenna, and the second signal end of the radio frequency switch circuit is used for being connected to the output signal end of the low-noise amplifier, the power amplifier is connected to the frequency band selection inductor; and the first end of each frequency band selection inductor is connected to the radio frequency switch circuit, and the second end is connected to the input signal end of the low-noise amplifier. According to the radio frequency front-end circuit, radio frequency signals without signal attenuation can be received by adopting one change-over switch, the number of passing dip switches is reduced, the cost is reduced, theloss of the radio frequency signals passing through the switches can be effectively reduced, and the radio frequency signals output by the low-noise amplifier are prevented from being greatly attenuated, so that the performance of the radio frequency front-end circuit is ensured.
