Thermal diffusion sheet and method for mounting the same

A thermal diffusion sheet of the present invention includes a graphite sheet and thermally conductive adhesive layers attached to both principal surfaces of the graphite sheet. The thermally conductive adhesive layer on a first surface is substantially the same in size as the graphite sheet. The thermally conductive adhesive layer on a second surface is relatively larger in size than the thermally conductive adhesive layer on the first surface, and the entire periphery of the thermally conductive adhesive layer on the second surface lies outside the graphite sheet. The adhesive strength of the thermally conductive adhesive layers on the first and second surfaces after exposure to 40° C. for 168 hours is reduced by no more than 20% relative to the initial adhesive strength. Ahardened material of a polymer component of the thermally conductive adhesive layers on the first and second surfaces has a thermal conductivity of 0.6 W/m·K or more. With this configuration, the thermal diffusion sheet has a structure in which the graphite sheet is sealed by attaching the thermally conductive adhesive layer that is larger than the graphite sheet and has a good thermal conductivity in the plane direction to a radiator plate, and can transfer heat to the radiator plate reliably at a low cost.

The invention relates to a sweater fabric loop automatic mesh alignment and transfer device which comprises a transfer needle plate, a push plate, a transfer needle deformation keeping unit, a linking machine or a groove pin plate. The transfer needle plate is arranged on the tangential side of the linking machine or one parallel side of the groove pin plate. Each time a dial of the linking machine rotates by one groove pin distance or each time the groove pin plate transversely moves by one groove pin distance, the transfer needle plate synchronously moves by one transfer needle distance in the tangential direction or the transverse direction, and the transfer needle distance can be equal to or different from the groove pin distance on the linking machine or the groove pin distance on the groove pin plate; the transfer needle deformation keeping unit is arranged above or below a transfer needle at the butt joint portion of the transfer needle and groove pins and acts on the transfer needle so that the transfer needle can deform and be in butt joint with the groove pins; the pushing plate is arranged at the butt joint position above the transfer needle deformation keeping unit, each time the transfer needle and the groove pins move by a corresponding needle distance, the transfer needle and the groove pins synchronously move one time in a reciprocating mode between the transfer needle plate and the linking machine or the groove pin plate, and a loop on the transfer needle is pushed to the corresponding groove pin. The device has the advantage of improving sewing efficiency and quality.

Medium-voltage direct-current fault current limiter and implementation method thereof

The disclosure discloses a medium-voltage direct-current fault current limiter and an implementation method thereof. The current limiter comprises a fast switching branch, a current-limiting unit branch and a shunt resistance branch. The fast switching branch employs a fast mechanical switch to realize rated flowing. The current-limiting unit branch is formed by series connection of a plurality offixed liquid metal current-limiting units and a movable liquid metal current-limiting unit to realize respectively fault current peak limiting and short-circuit energy dissipation. The shunt resistance branch is a resistor; in a current-limiting state, the short-circuit energy is shared and thus the current-limiting unit is protected. According to the disclosure, the parts are reduced and thus the structure becomes simple. Functions of rated high-current carrying and fast short-circuit current limitation are realized simultaneously and rapid transfer and short-circuit energy dissipation problems of the heavy-direct-current fault currents are solved. The limiter and implementation method thereof are especially suitable for limiting the fault current of the medium-voltage direct-current system, so that burdens of various electrical devices like a circuit breaker are reduced.
