Abstract

The invention relates to a sweater fabric loop automatic mesh alignment and transfer device which comprises a transfer needle plate, a push plate, a transfer needle deformation keeping unit, a linking machine or a groove pin plate. The transfer needle plate is arranged on the tangential side of the linking machine or one parallel side of the groove pin plate. Each time a dial of the linking machine rotates by one groove pin distance or each time the groove pin plate transversely moves by one groove pin distance, the transfer needle plate synchronously moves by one transfer needle distance in the tangential direction or the transverse direction, and the transfer needle distance can be equal to or different from the groove pin distance on the linking machine or the groove pin distance on the groove pin plate; the transfer needle deformation keeping unit is arranged above or below a transfer needle at the butt joint portion of the transfer needle and groove pins and acts on the transfer needle so that the transfer needle can deform and be in butt joint with the groove pins; the pushing plate is arranged at the butt joint position above the transfer needle deformation keeping unit, each time the transfer needle and the groove pins move by a corresponding needle distance, the transfer needle and the groove pins synchronously move one time in a reciprocating mode between the transfer needle plate and the linking machine or the groove pin plate, and a loop on the transfer needle is pushed to the corresponding groove pin.
