Abstract

The invention provides a high-frequency electrotome. The electrotome includes a housing, a shaft assembly connected with the shell and a host, a first clamping nozzle and a second clamping nozzle arearranged on the shaft assembly; and the electrotome is characterized in that the shaft assembly is provided with a temperature measuring instrument; and the host is connected with the temperature measuring instrument. During work, a first temperature and a second temperature are set, when the measured temperature is higher than the first temperature, the host controls energy to be reduced, when the measured temperature is lower than the first temperature, the host controls energy to be increased, and when the measured temperature is higher than the second temperature, the host stops outputtingenergy, and the second temperature is higher than the first temperature. The host can monitor the temperature of tissue in an operation at any time, and the highest cutting speed can be kept while the tissue is prevented from being burnt.

Description

technical field [0001] The present disclosure generally relates to the field of medical ultrasonic surgery, and specifically relates to a high-frequency electric knife. Background technique [0002] Using electrosurgical forceps, surgeons can cauterize, coagulate / dehydrate, reduce or delay bleeding, and / or seal blood vessels by controlling the intensity, frequency, and duration of electrosurgical energy applied to tissue. In general, the electrical configuration of high-frequency electrosurgical forceps can be divided into two categories: 1) monopolar high-frequency electrosurgical forceps; and 2) bipolar high-frequency electrosurgical forceps. [0003] Monopolar surgical forceps utilize a surgical electrode associated to a clamping end effector and a remote patient return electrode or paddle that is usually connected out to the patient. When high frequency electrosurgical energy is applied, the energy travels from the surgical electrodes to the surgical site, through the p...
