Problems solved by technology

[0002] Corrugated carton is the most traditional and common carton in the field of packaging at present. It is generally rectangular, including a bottom plate, side plates set around the bottom plate and perpendicular to the bottom plate, and a cover plate set on the top of the side plate. The current corrugated cardboard still exists. The phenomenon of poor strength and easy damage. When loading heavier items, the structure is unstable and easy to deform. Nowadays, the commonly used carton packaging needs to be stacked after shipment, so there are certain requirements for the strength of the packaging box.
[0003] At the same time, most of the paper packaging boxes are made of cardboard and then sealed with tape or glue. For some more expensive or fragile items, most of the packaging boxes are filled with cushioning fillers inside the box body to protect the internal products. The protection, the ability to resist pressure is poor

Abstract

The invention discloses a stackable load-bearing type packaging structure. The packaging structure comprises a bottom box body, side box bodies connected with the left and right sides of the bottom box body as well as a front box body and a back box body which are connected with the front and back sides of the bottom box body; a cover body is connected to the end, away from the bottom box body, ofthe back box body; supporting plates which are provided with multiple folds and can be wound and bent are connected to the two end sides of the front box body and the two end sides of the back box body and are bent and wound to form columnar structures; obliquely-arranged non-through clamping grooves are formed in the middles of the supporting plates, so that obliquely-downward clamping grooves are formed in the upper parts of the columnar structures; and bendable oblique supporting plates are connected to the parts, corresponding to the clamping grooves, of the upper end side of the cover body and are inserted into the clamping grooves. The stackable load-bearing type packaging structure is easy to assemble, high in strength, high in bearing capacity, capable of avoiding gluing fixationand environment-friendly.
