Abstract

The secondary swirler comprises a first mounting port, a secondary air inlet and a secondary venturi tube. The secondary swirler and the primary swirler are fixedly mounted through the first mounting port. According to the flame tube head, head parts form an integral connecting structure, so that the rigidity of the integral structure is enhanced, and the working stability is ensured; a two-stage radial reverse rotational flow hole air inlet manner is adopted, so that the device is suitable for a small-flow air inlet use environment, and the process manufacturing difficulty and cost are greatly reduced while pneumatic rotational flow atomization and head organization combustion performance are achieved; and due to space limitation, an impact cooling and air film cooling structure is adopted in cooling design.
