Abstract

The vibration system moves up and down driven by the welding cylinder, and together with the stripping plate in the stripping system is driven by the PLC control system to complete the tab welding process. The pole piece transfer plate in the welding system can continuously correct and position the welding workpiece through its groove structure, which in turn increases the welding accuracy and welding effect of the tab.
