According to the invention, through hierarchical management of photovoltaic power station operation and maintenance workers and modular management of operation and maintenance work, the defects of low efficiency caused by disordered operation and maintenance work management, high labor cost caused by too many operation and maintenance workers and lack of operation and maintenance caused by too few operation and maintenance workers are avoided; therefore, objectives of good configuration and management of operation and maintenance work of the photovoltaic power station can be achieved.
