The clamping mechanism comprises a clamping assembly, the clamping assembly comprises a hinged clamping half sleeve pipe and a fixed clamping half sleeve pipe, the hinged clamping half sleeve pipe is hinged to the wire inserting pipe, the fixed clamping half sleeve pipe is fixedly connected with the wire inserting pipe, and the hinged clamping half sleeve pipe and the fixed clamping half sleeve pipe are closed to form a pipe sleeve with the cross section being in a circular ring shape.
