The invention provides a transmission and execution structure of a full-automatic anti-dazzle inside rear-view mirror based on a wedge-shaped lens, which comprises a shell, a support shaft, a base, and a transmission and execution mechanism; a base turnover part is arranged in the shell, the wedge-shaped lens is clamped by the shell, spherical universal heads are arranged at the two ends of the support shaft respectively, and the support shaft is connected with the base turnover part and the base through the spherical universal heads; the transmission and execution mechanism comprises a driving part, a gear train and a crankshaft; the driving part is in transmission connection with the crankshaft through the gear train; the driving part drives the crankshaft to rotate so as to drive the base turnover part to turn relative to the shell, and therefore the reflection angle of the wedge-shaped lens is changed.
